The Paris Dunk

Coming soon to SneakerPrints.com... The Paris Dunk

The Paris dunk was a part of the Nike SB Silver Box City Series which also included New York City, London and Tokyo. The Paris dunk is a tribute to French artist Bernard Buffet who died in 1999. Buffet's paintings were collaged onto canvas and put onto each shoe making every pair an original.

The Bilo Tree Pop-Up Gallery June 22-24

The Bilo Tree is a pop-up art gallery concept and three-day event, June 22nd – 24th in Williamsburg that will give artists and designers a completely new way to build community and share their work. The gallery aims to be the first evolving exhibition space of its kind by configuring its physical form to meet the requirements of the art during its exhibition period. The Bilo Tree will morph, contract, and expand depending on the kind of art in which it exhibits. There will also be a community mentorship program that allows developing artists to work directly with the curators to refine and grow their body of work. Local artists can also volunteer time at the gallery in exchange for space, mentorship, and an opportunity to sell their work in the storefront.  via www.bilotree.com

I'll be showing some new mixed media work at The Bilo Tree Gallery as well as attending the opening and other ongoing events.  The Bilo Tree is an immensely talented group of people with some amazing art to show, don't miss it.  The Bilo Tree Website
